Hi, I'm Gilayah — founder of Elyse & Co. Solutions. I built this business by doing something simple: listening. Listening to the women around me who were excelling in their careers, showing up for their families, and still somehow expected to carry twice the load with half the support.

I have a degree in Sociology & Anthropology from Spelman College and a background in theatre and dance — experiences that sharpened my ability to lead, coordinate complex logistics, and take a vision from idea to flawless execution. Those same skills are what I bring to every client I serve.
